These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of cbpicks (the “service”). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.
Not investment advice
cbpicks shares one portfolio and its trades for informational and educational purposes only. Nothing on the service is investment, financial, legal, or tax advice, and nothing constitutes a recommendation to buy or sell any security. Investing involves risk, including the possible loss of principal, and past performance does not guarantee future results. You are solely responsible for your own investment decisions and should consult a licensed professional before acting.
Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
Subscriptions and billing
Access to the full portfolio requires a paid subscription, billed on a recurring basis through our payment provider until cancelled. You may cancel at any time from your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
Acceptable use
You agree not to redistribute, resell, or publicly share the portfolio data or other paid content, and not to misuse, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service.
Intellectual property
The service and its content are owned by cbpicks and protected by applicable laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the service for your personal use.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, cbpicks is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any investment losses, arising from your use of the service. The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the service and cancel your subscription at any time.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “last updated” date above. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
